The PC version seems to have some problems with connections, but it is confirmed that "theoretically" the PS rules apply on PC too. Like distance or hitting triggers.
The community of journey is active since PS3. There are many people that got the game now on 3 platforms and i would call em experts. So if you got questions dont hesitate to ask at one of the 3 „main platforms“:

Allthough the trophies are not on the PC version, its still good to try to accomplish them. It will help to learn the levels and its a nice feeling to show them to others, even if they know about it.
Example: on the way through pink desert you visit the flower, chirp and touch it "saying hello" and fly on.. :)
Some will show you little secrets (if you manage to find them, like the Ancestor-trophy) and one gives an actual treat, see white robe).
„I want to get in contact with my companions“Its important that you remember the signs/symbols when they chirp. A companion has the same symbol during a journey. So if you lose your companion and find "another" later, but they got the same chirp-symbol, its the same person (as long as you dont chapter select).
Possibilities to say thank you:

PC version: Write the name of your Companion into "search for friends" at the epic launcher. If they accept and when they are online, you will be able to message them.
Playstation: on PS3 you can just write them a message, go to recently played with list and open the profile. On PS4 many people got privacy options activated so you will not be able to write them.

„Someone lead me out of bounds and i liked it“ – „i saw someone flying real high /fast, how to do that?“There are many tricks you can do with the game, such as fancy flying or glitching through a wall, entering even more exciting levels… Enter at your own risk though.

Journey addicted, but cant play often? Watch streams and learn!Mostly the longterm (several 100 to 1000 Journeys) players are streaming journey regulary.
Follow the twitch category Journey, search for streamers on YT (then you just have to click "following / category" and see all j. streams).
- Stoicmom: for education and entertainment. She
is an instution in the Journey community, we addicts often meet in her
stream chat and talk about the game. She is telling stories, interacting
with chat and very educated about Journey, sharing her knowledge too. - retro0gamer PC. Very advanced and skilled flyer, knows a lot about Journey.
- (aravshetikolava called "Ava", master in UG and also hours of broken bridge flying
challenges (doesnt stream too often atm, but IF its highly recommended,
very skilled flyer))
- west8008 has very playful and relaxing Journeys, but you can also learn a lot by watching him

- Mimor a really good companion and very knowledgeable of journey

explorers all the way from 2012 - Pipim a master of UG and Snow, very experienced, always happy to help
- Bradjel Streams rarely, an amazing freestyle flyer and speedrunner
