This is meant to be a collection of experiences. Later i d either make a list out of this first post or just put it into the wiki.
It belongs to FAQ because it is a frequent asked question :)
Ok, i just take the freedom and put here what shira said in discord. I hope she is ok with it. Shira if i shouldnt use your words, contact me!
"PS3 version looks a little duller. The sand seems a bit more sparkly, but the textures are lower quality and the game overall just doesn't look as nice. (still beautiful, just not as beautiful.) PS4 is prettier but it has some issues. Some of the chirp noises are missing or otherwise more difficult to activate.
The bug where a chirp is silent happens more often (comes up on PS3 too but much more rarely.)
Visual bug in the Sunken City where a carpet meant to fly you over the wall brings you downwards instead, though the next level triggers normally.
War machines MUCH more likely to be invisible or otherwise bugged in the snow.
Bug where you stay down in the water when entering paradise, where on the PS3 you're automatically lifted up into the view of the screen as you enter the level.
"Fun fact: Originally there was also a bug where the mountain wouldn't appear in the credits of the PS4 version at all. There was a bright spot in the sky where the mountain glow was meant to be, but the mountain itself was just not there. This was apparently also related to a crash bug that happened from time to time. Both were patched. "
Open questions: motion blur, music, entrances to OOB on PS4 harder to go through?
I guess its hard to quantify beauty. For someone fibrant colors or nice the other likes it more natural, lets say. In stream it does seems to be "fuller" colors, or is it just stream?
Please add all you know! The knowledge must not die :)

Nice thread, lirewu! Here is a video showing some porting differences:
To me, it seems like some sand physics are missing on ps4. When chirping to sand on ps3 it starts to run down like a stream, move and flow. There's nothing like this on ps4, the sand is devoid of those sweet flowing mechanics.
